I have been trading for over 5 1/2 years and have been under the guidance of Toni and Brandon for the last 5. In the first few months as a trader I consistently lost money. Trading is not easy and I soon realized that I needed some instruction from professionals. That is when I found Toni and Brandon. They helped me tremendously and were always willing to assist me on a one on one level if need be...I found this type of attention truly sincere and directly related to my trading becoming profitable. I remember sending my trading journal to Toni where she took her time to dissect it. She then contacted me and we went over it together as she highlighted my strengths and weaknesses as a trader. After this I went from a trader that was squeaking by, into a trader that began to consistently take money out of the markets. Needless to say their help and guidance has been priceless.

One of the things that sticks out in my mind over the time I have been with Toni and Brandon is their ability to sit back and look at the market on a day to day and also long term perspective without being influenced by what any of the supposed market gurus are saying. In early 2000 Brandon gave a long talk to the trading room on his thoughts on the state of the economy and the financial markets. This day I will never forget. He stunned the room by telling everyone that he saw some bad times ahead and that he could easily see the Naz under 2000 within the next year, he also stated that he believed the Dow would drop well below 10000 and that the economy would be hurting severely. When he told us all of his predictions it was hard to agree with him. All the supposed economic gurus on TV, newspapers and other media were saying everything was roses and the 'new economy' was unstoppable. Well as we know they have been saying this the whole way down from above naz 5000 to where we stand today under naz 2000. I can't tell you how many times I have heard the word 'market bottom' from these supposed gurus. Through this economic recession and market plummet Brandon and Toni continue to tell it like it is and have kept me as well as many other room members from making some potentially devastating investment decisions.

I owe a great deal to Toni and Brandon for giving me the knowledge to trade and take money out of the markets under any market conditions and also the discipline to know when to stay out and wait for favorable and lower risk opportunities. Thank you both and see you in the trading room.

I have read many books and taken several trading courses over the last several years to prepare myself for my trading career, which has been helpful. However, little did I know, how ill prepared I really was when I started trading. I'm embarrassed to say how much I made and then lost during my first six months of trading. Although I had more winners than losers, my loses were exceeding my gains and my account was slowly bleeding to death.

I studied technical indicators and developed an intuitive sense for the market but there was still no method to my madness. The amount of information stressing the importance of money management, stops, entries, exits, patterns, etc., was limitless but thin on specifics and very subjective. I knew I wouldn't last much longer unless I developed a system and some firm rules to trade by.

I finally found those rules and that system in the Real Time Trading Room. Initially, I was amazed at how simple Toni and Brandon's methods are and was even more surprised to see how well they worked! The real-time commentary is priceless and the instruction is clear and concise. No pumps, no hype, just the keys to the safe.

If your new or considering trading for a living I would strongly suggest you start here......... or don't even try it! If your experienced but struggling or dissatisfied with your performance you'll find the missing pieces here. Rather than wondering how much longer I could last, I'm looking forward to a long career in trading.

I was in mutual funds and a few stocks since 1982. In 1997 before I retired I started to seriously work on stocks. In the past 4 years of trading I have basically came up in the hole. Sort of some good trades unable to balance out the bad trades and commissions. Reading Toni articles sort of put the icing on the cake for me. I have to thank Alan for putting you on his site and thank you for sharing the information you do. I have been running on the plus side in this wild crazy market. When it settles out I will probably be bored. I just wanted to let you know your helping a lot of people. One thing you said today that hit a nerve was holding on to your money until you do learn. In the pass 4 years I have seen a lot of my friends burn up the money they had and fade away from the market. At any rate thanks. If someone had told me in 1997 I was going for a degree in trading I would have laughed. Matter a fact it was easier to get a degree.

Going far beyond mere "stock calls," the Traders provide both extensive, elementary skills classes for beginners and advanced chart reading instruction for more advanced traders, much like a one-room school house. Avoiding hype, the traders discuss each day’s expected action, and throughout the day discuss the different elements of the tape which have either confirmed the expectations or caused a change in expectations. In the spring of 2004 I had been paper trading day trading strategies for about 4 months after casually swing trading for a few years. I decided to check out a bunch of chat room services since I was having poor results from a couple of strategies I learned from some books. I kept a record of my trading experiences at these rooms. I finally went with another chat room and learned about position sizing among other things, from someone who actually was trained by Toni. I wasn't impressed with this service after a while and realized that the Trading From Main Street chat room had a good performance record if I had been position sizing correctly. So after a disastrous experience trading futures before I had any skills, I signed up for their room, determined to learn something about trading correctly.

After 3 months I had my first profitable month after commissions, but then fell back into the hole of losses as usual. I was very discouraged and I definitely thought I was missing some important pieces in the skill set I had as a trader. Regularly Toni would mention important support and resistance pivot points in the indexes with perfect accuracy. I wanted to learn how to do this. At this point I had the opportunity to do the week mentoring class with Toni. It was a small group of traders ranging from beginners to traders with some success but who had recently come upon a losing streak, and good traders who had decided to further their training. It started with the basics which alone would have been great as I had spent a few years figuring this stuff out on my own.

The week class quickly progressed to the most intense amount of information on the building blocks of successful trading I have ever come across. This information was much more important than I imagined and affirmed my belief that Trading From Main Street is a unique service in general. Some of the information she presented in this mentoring class I have never seen before and I have read a ton of books and worked with a mentor before. I have been putting this training to good use. It came at the perfect time. Her mentoring course has made a direct impact on my trading abilities. Besides the excellent week course, I must say Toni is willing to put in a lot of extra time with me, far beyond my expectations. If you are very skeptical like me, you owe it yourself to spend one week with this excellent teacher. Directly opposite to my previous experiences with mentors, I actually feel like I got away with something by receiving both basic and advanced training for the cost of what most places would charge for their introductory one day seminar.
