8:50-9:30 ET - Premarket commentary. Watch lists are often posted during this time. These include morning gappers for intraday continuation patterns, as well as swingtrade setups. News and other major market events are also posted at this time.

9:30-9:45 ET - During this time Brandon and Toni are initiating gap positions. This is a very busy time of the day so general questions are discouraged as we use this time to focus almost completely on what is happening in the market.

9:45-10:15 ET - Reversal period. This continues to be a time of day focused on the market with a high level of activity.

11:30-12:30 ET - This is the mid-day doldrums, generally a great time of the day to ask any market-related or room related questions you may have.

12:30-13:30 ET - Looking for and positioning ourselves for afternoon trading.

15:00 ET - The bonds close.

16:00 ET - Stock market closes. Good time to ask questions.
