Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), through its subsidiaries, owns and operates acute care hospitals, behavioral health centers, surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and radiation oncology centers. UHS has been in a trading range since the beginning of 2001. In recent years it has been testing the upper end of that range with increasing intensity. It is now coming out of a cup with handle on the weekly time frame. I anticipate that the momentum in this stock will continue to increase over the next year or two and will be utilizing setups on the smaller daily time frame and 120 minute charts to establish a position as a long Target: $90-$100.

Positions in green have triggered and are profitable. Positions in red have triggered but are not yet profitable. Those in blue have not yet triggered.

4/30/2007 aQuantive, Inc. (AQNT) and subsidiaries operate as a digital marketing company in the United States. It operates in three segments: Digital Marketing Services, Digital Marketing Technologies, and Digital Performance Media. After two strong waves of upside, AQNT fell into a long sideways trading range from November 2006 into the beginning of April of this year. Just over a week ago AQNT gapped sharply higher, breaking free from the monthly trading range. This triggered a larger position trade setup, likely to lead to a trend of 6-8 months. I will be looking to acquire a position in AQNT on a breakout from this daily range.

4/16/2007 ConocoPhilips (COP) operates as an integrated energy company worldwide. It operates through six segments: Exploration and Production, Midstream, Refining and Marketing, LUKOIL Investment, Chemicals, and Emerging Businesses.  We have been watching COP over the last couple of months, and even though it has given some initial buy triggers, it remains a strong prospect for further upside thoughout the summer. We are watching for any pullbacks to add to this position, although new positions can still be initiated on them as well.
